Badass Vic Mackey

Yup, Season Five of The Shield starts in about 10 minutes. I am so fired up. I don't think I've blogged about what I like about this show, but I suppose I'll get to it at some point. Anyway, Forrest Whitaker as Vic's adversary this season has me, to risk understatement, intrigued. Too bad Glenn Close is gone, but I'll live. Yes. I know, I watch too much TV, but I have only about 100 pages left in book #1 for the year, so I can justify it.

    So, Pooh, could you set up one of those Amazon affiliate relationship thingies and each week promote the book you're reading? Maybe make an extra penny or two?
