Legal Fiction has been on fire this week. A string of thoughtful, articulate posts. (Bias warning : he is a big L Liberal. Probably far to my left, and though I tend to agree with much of what he says, I think we differ in many areas: specifically, I think us getting our shit together in Iraq is possible, he doesn't.)
